Refund policy

All sales are final.

We have a 3 day return policy, which means you have 3 days after receiving your item to request a return. 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, new and unused, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. 

To start a return request, contact us at shop@cobiakrakenjigs.com for pre-authorization. If the return is approved, the buyer is responsible to ship the product to the address provided in the pre-authorization and ensure the product shipment is insured for the cost of the product. The buyer is responsible for any shipping claims associated with a return. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted and is the Buyer's responsibility for any return shipping charges. Once a return is approved, the Buyer is responsible to ship the product back to us. When the product is received, we will inspect the product for damages will then process an in-store credit less the original shipping cost. *Products returned damaged or lost package claims are the buyer's responsibility to manage directly with your shipping carrier.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. All shipments from Cobia Kraken Jigs are shipped via USPS and include insurance to cover lost or damaged shipments. If a package does arrived damaged and the products have damage, please take clear pictures of the damaged packaging as well as the damaged product and contact us immediately so we can file a claim.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like custom products (such as special orders or personalized items). Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item. 

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items, gift cards or custom products.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you will receive an in-store credit for the original sale price of the returned item for future use at cobiakrakenjigs.com. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
