Custom Jig Options

Below are a few example of some of the color and material options available for you to select for us to create a jig specifically to your request.

*Please contact us before placing an order for custom jigs to verify material availability and current lead-time due to seasonal demand. 


  • Jig Heads
    • 1oz, 2oz, 3oz weight is our standard
      • 1.5oz, 2.5oz, 3.5oz, 4oz available per special order for qty orders of 12 or more. 1-2 week lead-time is required to procure the jigs.
    • 15+ Jig Head color variations available
    • 8/0 Mustad 2x are standard. We can provide Jig Heads with 9/0 however that is currently available special order quantities of 12+. 1-2 week lead-time is required to procure the jigs.
    • 1.5oz, 2.5oz, 3.5oz, 4oz available per special order for qty orders of 12 or more. 1 week lead-time is required to procure the jigs.
    • All colors and all sizes are not in inventory at all times. Jigs are custom made by a master-crafter and we do our best to anticipate what you want. At time we may be required to use an alternate color for inventory and custom orders.

  • Main Feathers
    • Primary Feathers (5-7") - Close to 40 different solid colored premium feathers and is the prominent color of your jig.
    • Secondary Feathers - 40+ options to compliment your main color.
    • Grizzly Feathers - 11 colors, feathers are died over barred feathers and adds a nice fishy look and brings the jig to life.
    • Mottled Feathers - 14 different options available, feathers are dyed starting with the main color at the stem and to dark faded color specific (not solid color). 
    • Short Feathers (3-4.5") - 30+ solid colored options

  • Specialty Feathers (Accent Feathers)
    • Tail Feathers - Long special feathers for longer 9"-12"+ jigs (solid & grizzly)
    • Accent Feathers - Grizzly variant feathers to add a unique look
    • Dotted Accent Feathers - 3 colors, adds a little "pizazz to the front of the jig.
    • Specialty Feathers - Emu feathers add a little extra movement.
